Berlin-based dance company founded by Monika Błaszczak, working internationally. At its heart, MDW believes that movement unravels through us as an unstoppable, cosmic force — a pulsating energy that we call the poetics of dance, or simply, love. This energy fuels our work as a company, shaping everything we create.

The word “company” originates from the Latin cum pānis, meaning “with bread,” a symbol of sharing nourishment. In MDW, dance — or love — is the bread we offer and share with each other.
